Amber Senter<\/b>

\"\"<\/a>Amber Senter is founder and CEO of Breeze Distro<\/a>, a house of infused cannabis product brands and distribution located in Oakland, as well\u00a0as CEO of Shady Pines Box Club, a cannabis subscription box available in California.\u00a0

Amber is also a co-founder and CEO of\u00a0Supernova Women<\/a>, is an organization formed by and for women of color in 2015 with the\u00a0mission\u00a0to\u00a0empower women of color to become self sufficient shareholders in the evolving cannabis economy through\u00a0holistic education, advocacy\u00a0training and network building.\u00a0

Amber studied at Bethune-Cookman College and the Naval Academy Preparatory School, and was active duty in the US Coast Guard as part of the\u00a0C.G.R.I.T. program.\u00a0She currently serves as chair of\u00a0the National Cannabis Industry Association\u2019s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.<\/p>\n

Lanese Martin<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Lanese is co-founder and executive director of the Oakland-based\u00a0The Hood Incubator<\/a>,\u00a0which seeks to end the drug war and reverse its harmful impacts on Black communities nationwide, through\u00a0Cannabis Economic Development (Workforce Development) and\u00a0Cannabis Justice Organizing (Coalition- and Base-building).<\/span><\/p>\n

She began her professional career consulting small family businesses by systemizing their operations and developing growth strategies for them. While studying for an M.B.A. in Sustainable Enterprise she began to shift her professional focus from consulting to political organizing, focusing on progressive campaigns. Her work as the Field Director for an Oakland-based nonprofit led to deep relationships with non-profits and Black & Brown communities not only in Oakland but across California. Her work as the Field Director for Nancy Skinner\u2019s successful 2016 CA State Senate race led to strong relationships with elected leaders as well as their staff across the Bay Area.<\/p>\n

Lanese attained a B.A. in Political Science & Minor in Business from Dominican University of California and later returned for a M.B.A.\u00a0In June 2017, Lanese was featured on the cover of <\/span>DOPE Magazine <\/a><\/span>and in November 2017, she was named to the <\/span>2017 Full Color 50 List.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Ramon Garcia<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Ramon Garcia co-founded the San Francisco Cannabis Equity Working Group and Padre Mu Delivery and Distribution.\u00a0He is Chair of Social Justice and Equity Committee for Cal Growers Assn., and also a member of the Steering Committee for the Oakland Cannabis Business Council.<\/p>\n

Ramon has developed free educational series providing technical resources, access to lawyers, accountants, and other industry professionals for equity businesses.
<\/b><\/p>\n

Roxanne Mosley<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Roxanne M. Mosley is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California and the Marin County Bar Association. She is\u00a0admitted to practice law in the US Federal Court and the US Bankruptcy Court.

Roxanne worked in the Sacramento Public Defenders office for two years before she began her own practice, and is an experienced trial\u00a0attorney who has represented juvenile and adult defendants in criminal matters, such as drug crimes and DUI. Her firm also assists clients\u00a0with permitting, licensing and regulatory compliance with California\u2019s state medical and adult-use cannabis laws, including land use & zoning,\u00a0entity formation & planning, and marketing & promotion.

Lt. Diane Goldstein (Ret.)<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Diane Goldstein is a 21-year veteran of law enforcement who served as the first female lieutenant for the Redondo Beach (CA) Police Department. She is a speaker and Board Chair for the\u00a0Law Enforcement Action Partnership<\/a>, a group of criminal justice professionals that work advancing justice and public safety solutions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She is a guest columnist for many media organizations, and recognized as a subject matter expert on criminal justice and drug policy as well as playing a critical role in passing legislative\u00a0 reforms that include cannabis legalization and civil asset forfeiture reform in California.<\/p>\n

Diane recently wrote an article on structural racism in the\u00a0Ahmaud Arbery Case<\/a>\u00a0and has long advocated for redefining public safety to embrace community health and safety that is inclusive of the community and its input.<\/p>\n
